Looking back, it all began with gatherings at family cookouts. Kevin and Marlene were notorious for spoiling the family with many delectable dishes. A staple at every gathering was Kevin's famous Salmon Balls. This dynamic duo was constantly being asked and encouraged by family to not only do something with the recipe that Kevin made in his kitchen many years ago, but to let others experience the delightful dishes they enjoyed so much. Thus, K & M was born!

Since 2018 the company has surpassed its growth far past their expectations. Marlene and Kevin are passionate about what they do and take great pride in every dish they make.
